Although ABC Solutions' jobs are permanent, there are jobs that hire employees for seasonal work. This means that you work whatever season they hire you for, and then they no longer need you. Although, there are instances where you can be hired for part or full time for seasonal work. Usually, this work happens during the busier times of the year, like Christmas. So, what are the pros and cons to seasonal work? Let me tell you. One pro is that you can build your resume. With each job that you take on, that is a chance to gain experience and knowledge. Con, the pay is low. Because most seasonal jobs don’t require much previous knowledge or special training, they also tend to be low-paying jobs (usually minimum wage or close to). Pro, you get a foot in the door. As previously stated, seasonal work can lead to further opportunities within the workforce. Con, little, if any, training. You're less likely to be trained like the other employees were. Another con, there will be tough hours. This is because seasonal work usually comes during busy holidays. All of this information came from https://www.topresume.com/career-advice/should-you-take-a-seasonal-job-p..., but you can find more information elsewhere on the internet to see if seasonal work is something that you would be interested in. Again, when you get involved with ABC Solutions, the opportunities are permanent. So, the moral of the story is to become a client so that we can get you hired! That's the solution!
