Our History
ABC Solutions was started for one reason, to be the most innovative employment search solution for the citizens of each and every county we have the privilege to assist. Since September, 2006, we have partnered with many great companies to help our fellow man (and woman) experience how it truly feels to become self sufficient through the power of employment.
Our Story
Each day, when we go to the office, we are hoping by the end of each day we were able to: meet aspiring future workers of America and work with great businesses that seek to hire our top recommendations. This was true back in September of 2006 when ABC Solutions’ first opened its doors and these values still remain true today.
Back then, ABC Solutions was a small office off Albemarle Road in Charlotte, NC. Even so, the ABC Solutions’ brand was still recognized by top employers, business leaders and mental health advocates as a competitive alternative to traditional employment models. Its exposure was led by one of the best known and accomplished licensed clinical therapists in the city, affectionately known as ‘Miss Hattie’. Miss Hattie, whose personal attributes helped to make the company a trusted brand name, was a catalyst to help grow the company’s mission and brand vision. Today, the brand is recognized as a trusted leader in providing comprehensive training and placement services to its clients, stakeholders and business managers seeking to fill open requisitions with qualified candidates that can meet the company’s certified performance standards.
